During this weekend, my DSL service provider (Sprint/Earthlink) has been undergoing a major move or upgrade - it has had me shut out of e-mail and internet connections most of the weekend.
Now I'm back online, but without any of the formating or function buttons on the top of the Outlook Express screen. And when I click on the "file", "edit", "view", "tools", "message", and "help" buttons (= all that remains at the top of the Outlook Express page) they offer very truncated usuable options.
Please suggest options for remedying this loss of OE functions.
Edited to add: It also has in a blue bar at the very top of the page: Outlook Express provided by AT&T WorldNet service. I have not used AT&T WorldNet for years and have done my best (long ago) to delete every vesitige of AT&T from my hard drive.
