If the answer is no, how do you know?
If the answer is yes, what is his birthdate, the number of the beast?
He who has wisdom may calculate the number of the beast, it is the number of a man. Revelation; Chapter 13

Hello Xelsorsior. Let's get to your question here.
First off, a little sidenote, it's Revelation. God gave one revelation. Now that that's out of the way, we can return to the question.
This will depend on your answer. I am going to answer from the Preterist viewpoint which believes prophecy has been fulfilled excluding the final resurrection and the second coming. By this, most of the events of Revelation have already happened. I would then say that yes, the Antichrist has been born. He's also died already! Gary DeMar in his work, "Last Days Madness", gives strong evidence that 666 refers to Nero, and is a great read anyhow. Even if you don't agree with the Preterist view, it'd be worthwhile to be familiar with it.
As for the futurist interpretation, I plan on contacting a futurist on here and allowing him to post so as I don't misrepresent the position somehow.
Hope this helps!

You mean Revelation? No s at the end...
I am one of the few futurist mods here, and my best guess is...

If we knew he was the Beast, then do you think he would be able to fool Christians?

The Hebrew letters of Balaam amount to 666 [Bunsen]; a type of the false prophet, whose characteristic, like Balaam’s, will be high spiritual knowledge perverted to Satanic ends.
Sounds like a good reckoning to me. Someone who is a "spiritually minded" person, who is able to show signs and wonders to deceive the world into believing in him. I don't think this applies to Domitian or Nero, as they were not extremely spiritual minded men.
