No job yet and I'm not doing a good job of rectifying that. Mildly depressed but mote sick I guess now than depressed and I can't seem to straighten myself out. I work on everything but what I need to probably because I'm feeling kinda hopeless.
Well, that is enough venting for one day. Oh, Siren and the baby are doing a lot better than expected. I think it's the butter, Lots of calories without making a lot of digestive work, I guess.

 I'm really, really good at working on everything except what needs to be done. :sigh:

Thanks, everyone. I got a little done today. I guess the real problem is that I'm mad at me and the situation. I'm beginning to feel hopeless even though intellectually I know better.

Me too. But I did make a little progress today...

I attempted to make progress, only to quickly find out that the lawnmower needs repaired (again). :sigh: Really not looking forward to using the weedwhacker until that gets done.

I thought I was the only one who did that!

Hopefully one time will suffice (part's on order - hopefully I can manage the repair myself; primer bulb started leaking).

Excuse my advice, please. Quite often the cause of stalled motors is gummy gasoline. Typical lawn mower owners store it over the winter months; that is plenty of time for gasoline to get gummy.

You need a fuel additive plus fresh gasoline; completely drain the gas tank if necessary beforehand. You will then need to work the rope/handle several times to run the new gas through the motor.

The problem this time is a primer bulb that's gone leaky. I always try to run the tank dry the last time I mow the lawn in the fall. I've already mowed a couple times this spring.

For future reference: mowing my lawn takes about 45 minutes. Using the weed whacker to do the same thing takes just over 2 hours. :eww:

what we need is a laser grass cutting system, that you flip a switch and it slices down all the grass in a lawn. The bonus is it could work as a burglar deterant/capture device because it's hard to run without feet.

Because of the curvature of earth, a few people some distance off may get haircuts. Viola, crewcuts are back in fashion.

We'll use light saber technology to limit things. We'll be fine.

Strap one light saber to the blade carriage of a lawn mower.... Wait, aren't you right back where you started?

Yeah there are some kinks to work out.

Yeah there are some kinks to work out. That's quite a challenge, design the system so that those who want crew cuts get them.

At first glance that looks like an awesome head shield against a certain conspiracy. I need more time to figure out which conspiracy.
