Time for a fresh batch, group! I can say that because I happen to have a new self-pic. How 'bout you guys? I'm tired of picturing you in that same pose all the time!

Peace,

It is Jed, for Jedidiah, not Jedi. And I am not her blood grandfather, I only know her from TWeb, but does that make it any less real? Not for me.

Horrible Picture of me at Bob Jones...

The first one is a picture of myself and a cousin of mine who I hadn't seen in 15 years. He told me that he was close by and decided to ride his bicycle over and see if I still lived in the same place. He was 120 miles away.

I'm the tall, good looking fellow on the right

[attachment=1]

The second is a picture taken this year after my son harvested his first deer.

Sorry, I forgot to take pictures prior to removing the hide

A few new pics for the fold:

Some friends and I in a club, me in my room and uni just after I had my head shaved, me on a beach later on that month, and me at christmas dressed up for a party. You can't see it, but I have a medallion around my neck saying "Who's The Daddy?"

Enjoy!

:teeth:

The third picture you posted was not appropriate for TWeb.

Nice photos Trout! :thumb:

Maybe someday I'll post an old photo of me, which goes back to deer hunting days with my dad. I harvested a doe one year, and bumped my head with the scope. The recoile actually drew blood! I didn't care though, I was happy to finally fill a deer tag.

This snow was a very wet type of snow. I have other pics of one whole side of my house plastered with it. The wet snow clings. Wet snow is also much harder to shovel :hmph:

The drier snow doesn't...it tends to blow around....much like sand on the beach.

Funny thing is. today is Friday and it is all melted already. Wed, Thurs, and today temps have been in the 50s.

The east coast has WEIRD weather!!!

That only happens with a wet snow. It'll stick to the side of a speed limit sign too. That kind of snow makes the best snowballs. The dry kind acts a lot like dry sand, except of course, it's lighter.

Images from the homestead. "Joxer" and "Joxer Jr" pose for a pic and you can also see Adam checking on his cousin, who for some reason has taken to throwing himself to the ground feigning some sort of 'problem' lately. He's poking him to make sure he's okay, I think. Or maybe just to annoy him. The obligatory bathtub shot and Thomas the Tank Engine product placement/endorsement shots are seen here as well.

This is myself, walking my sister Dawn down the aisle at her wedding last month.
My niece Heather with her mom.
The whole wedding party (from l to r): Phil's daughter Amanda (bridesmaid), Dawn's daughter Heather (maid of honour), Dawn (my sister, Queen for a Day), Phil, Phil's son Greg (best man), Amanda's boyfriend Brooks (groomsman).
The kilted brigade at the wedding: Tom (who arranged the session musicians for the reception), me, and John (emergency stand-in usher).

Aw, JP & Anastasia! Now you've got me -ing!

Anyway, although it's not that easy to see under the sage green wrap (I don't really know what to call it) that she's wearing, Dawn made the pantsuit she's wearing, as well as her tiara/veil (that is, she bought the tiara, but made the veil and attached it to it). She and Phil, with help from her daughter Heather and me, did a lot of the wedding stuff themselves (the invitations & save-the-day cards, some of the reception decorations & keepsakes, bells to ring them out as they left, and so forth). It was a cool wedding, and the chapel she found for it is a gorgeous place.

[Edited to add:] As for me, this is much better than her first wedding. That was before I had gotten active in my Irish & Scottish heritage activities and bought a kilt, so I had to wear a :brood: white tuxedo :hmph:. Looked like an albino gorilla (albeit a rather skinny one, back then).

Meh. I don't see a bank. I don't even see an automated cash dispenser.

I'm gonna buy a new capo. It looks really cool. It's called a glider and you can slide it while you're playing.

Yeah, but notice he hasn't posted the one from when he tripped on a rock and really got to grips with the colour of the water.

:woohoo: Kelp! Good to see ya, buddy! Welcome to the self-pics thread! We encourage copious pic posting here.

And, since it's been a while, let me remind everyone that I am the thread police :sopranos: and :spam:ing this thread is strictly forbidden! It makes it really tough for folks to scroll through and enjoy the scenery when the thread gets long(er). So, show some respect, will ya? Keep it down to a single, flattering comment wherever possible. And absolutely no discussion of capos!

Since the attachment feature seems to be working again (double :woohoo:), here are the rest of the pics from Mossy, Faramir, and me in Macon. It's so exciting when two or more TWebbers are gathered, isn't it? (Faramir called me "perky" that day.)

They are: Pic 1: Iluvatar (Craig or Mr. Jardin), Moi, Mossy, Mr. Mossy
Pic 2: Mossy, Faramir, Moi
Pic 3: Faramir and Perky
Pic 4: The TWeb Trio once again - only outdoors
Pic 5: The JardinPrayers

Here's me playing a friend's guitar: Notice the capo pinched onto the headstock: Notice how I'm not using the capo: Notice my hair sticking up: Capos make my hair stand on end:

I'd like to see a pic of Johnny with all his capos; what'd ya say, Johnny?

I know you can override this notice, but SHAME ON YOU, TROUT! :glare: :brood: :glare:

You must respect my authorotah and leave the moderation notice in place and cease and decist forbidden conduct in the Self-Pics thread! If you don't, I'll...I'll...I'll so get Mossy after you!

Pets are on the approved list.

The problem with the image feature being restored is that it does not create thumbnails for large pics, so consider resizing to fit in the post box if you can, everyone.

You should post these in Ivo's Pictures of Blue (http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/showthread.php?p=1682263#post1682263) thread! One of them, anyway! I thought that's where I was for a second!
