Jesus Predicts the Destruction of the Temple
1 Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.”
The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age
3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all[a]these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,[b] and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
The Great Tribulation
15 “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’[c] spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), 16 “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.
23 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand.
26 “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
The Coming of the Son of Man
29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
The Parable of the Fig Tree
32 “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So you also, when you see all these things, know that it[d] is near—at the doors! 34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
No One Knows the Day or Hour
36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven,[e] but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. 42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour[f] your Lord is coming. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
Am I correct in thinking Preterism says all these things HAVE BEEN fufilled? If not, for which ones are we waiting?

Hello Cbro
Well Maybe I can help here a little.
What is Christ's first Warning Take heed that no man decieve you. For Many will Come in My name (Jesus and or Christ/Christians) Saying or(preaching a gospel ) I (Jesus) am the CHrist. and Decieve the many. They preach a gospel Jesus is the Christ and decieve the many.
Thats the first warning. Now think for a moment. Christians weren't in the majority and wouldn't be a majority until many centries later. The false Christian is what Christ is talking about here.
These are those who represent the spirit of Anti Christ. They use his name to preach their own Gospel. This could only happen if the christian exercises the power of sovernty. The world would have fed them to the lions as they had done the early church if it weren't so. The Romans would have barbqued any man making such a claim as they did Christ. All the evils come after the warning of false christians as prophecied by Daniel. They have come to power and u-surp the power of God with false doctrine. They do it believing they are christians but are not. They exercise the power of God because they control the world.
They resurrect a beast and command the world to worship it. They command the nations to make an image like they have made. They build a beast on mammon in the name of God. And then exploit the rest of the world for their agenda. This is what causes the nations to rise agianst nation and the kingdom against kingdom. The nations serve the Ideologies of the beast and doing so they give their power to the beast. The Christian Beast.

Like any theological group there are flavors and degrees. In preterism there are some who hold to the first half of Matt. 24 as fulfilled, some that hold fulfillment with a secondary fulfillment in the future and those who believe that all of Matt 24 is fulfilled.
Does that help?

hello Cbro
Preterism is an anti-thesis to dispensational futurism basically, There are many flavors in both camps. There are neither preterist or Disp..Futurist who believe what I have said in the above quote at least that I know Of.
Preterist who claim that Christ came to fulfill the Law of the Prophet and only that Law are correct but I know of few who stop there. Christ was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel and that was his prophesied purpose. He came to redeem Israel. Now those Lost sheep because they heard the gospel and repented were redeemed and carried the good news to Israel and the world.
But why would the world care about a redeemed people that it hated and wanted dead or despised. Why would the world care about the sins of that people and their God. What is the Good news about that to the world. Both old and new Prophecies are playing out. Yes Israel and christ fulfilled many of them. But the prophecies are for the Faithful (and there are few who can truly answer that riddell) and that is a whole new ball game altogether. How God Justifies what is and is going to happen in future fulfillment doesn't leave one hanging it answers and most don't truly understand.
9. But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.
10. For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
11. Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
12. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
13. For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.
14. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
15. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Christ came to end the Violence that was in heaven.
Christ came to prepare thy way before thee. The way to what?
Christ's rightiousness went beyond that which defined sin in the world (the law) He defines the sin in Heaven and the prophecies are largely about the sin in the temple of God which is in heaven. Now if we being the temple of God where is the war.
The Prophecies are about the Earth Giving birth to the Sons of God. Trials and tribulation are the birthing Pains. Prophecies are about the Earth becoming Christ Footstool. And if she's still birthing the prophecy continues.
But Despensational Futurist Don't fare any better although many are right about some things both are wrong about many other things and two wrongs don't make a right.
