This thread is for pointing out a new feature of TheologyWeb each week. The feature may be one that's been recently added, or one that's been around for awhile that we'd like to remind our members about. Enjoy!

Favorite Smileys

With so many great TheologyWeb smileys to choose from, most of us have several we regularly use, and several others we don't use very often, or at all. TheologyWeb allows you to "prune" the big smiley list so that only the ones you usually use are shown.

To do this, make sure you're logged in, visit your Control Panel (http://www.theologyweb.com/forum/usercp.php), and find the Edit Your Favorite Smileys (http://www.theologyweb.com/forum/member2.php?action=updatesmiley&s=) link.

Clicking this will bring you to the Favorite Smileys page. In the box provided, just type in the smiley codes you want to have on the list, like this:

Don't put them on separate lines, or they won't be recognized. When you're done, click the Save! button.

If you want the whole list of smileys to show in your Reply Box again, you can either:
Click the appropriate link to the left of the Reply Box (it says, "click here to view the full list"), or
Return to the Favorite Smileys page (http://www.theologyweb.com/forum/member2.php?action=updatesmiley&s=) and take out all the smiley codes. (Remember to click Save!)
