dreaming and magnets

I've been wearing a therapeutic wrist bracelet that contains magnets when I sleep. I've been having very strange and lucid dreams while wearing it. I sleep in the fetal position where the bracelet is very close to my head. Has anyone heard of a connection between magnets and dreaming?

The reason for magnets to work on certain ailments is that red cell are made of Iron and that wearing them will increase blood flow to the area to which is applied, it relation to dreams I can't tell cause I don't dream or I have no recall of them, I am told that is cause my sleep is too deep, I'll watch this tread cause the subject interst me.
