Nope.
Ike was a 5-star general. The other 5-star generals were George C. Marshall, Douglas MacArthur, Henry H. Arnold, and Omar Bradley. There were also 5-star admirals in the Navy.
The only other man besides this president to hold rank above a 5 star general was John Pershing, who chose his own rank insignia and never wore more than 4 stars.

All these latest answers are correct.
Even the LBJ one as first pres born in the 20th century. I had Kennedy for that, but wrongo. LBJ was born in 1908, Kennedy not till 1917. So note none of the above match with Kennedy. Sorry for the errors.
