Sidis died of a cerebral hemorrhage on July 17, 1944, in Boston, Massachusetts.
The cooling must have given out for his overclocked brain. :hrm:

According to one list (http://www.aceviper.net/aceviper_net/ace_intelligence/aceviper_famous_people_iq_list/aceviper_famous_people_iq_list.html) Mozarts IQ was about 165.

It's interesting that despite possibly having been the smartest person in history he seems to be relatively unknown. Of course, if he were well known we might call an intelligent person a "Sidis" rather than an "Einstein" and frankly Sidis sounds more like the name of a Sith lord than anything else.
Also, since we're talking about really smart people, here's some information on possibly the smartest woman on the planet (see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilyn_Vos_Savant)
