With so many people in the world it impossible to understand how God can be a "one on one God" but in the mystery surrounding him he is. He knows of you, He know you, He knows your name, and He knows the desires of your heart and because of his timelessness he seeks to lead you on a journey not around adversities but through them.
While the gifts of his Love and Grace are given freely His gift of Peace comes with small fee, your life. Before coming an end of their long 40-year journey God spoke to his people, "You must not behave as we are behaving here today, each of you doing what he himself sees fit, since you have not yet come to the resting place and the heritage that Yahweh your God is going to give you. You are about to cross the Jordan and live in the country given you by Yahweh your God as your heritage; he will grant you peace from all the enemies surrounding you, and you will live in safety." [Deuteronomy 12:8 - 12:10]
Today, thousands of years later you are not standing on the banks of the Jordan River but there are things between where you are and where God desires you to be. So He lays the very same words, "You must not behave as we are behaving here today, each of you doing what he himself sees fit, since you have not yet come to the resting place and the heritage that Yahweh your God is going to give you. You are about to cross the Jordan and live in the country given you by Yahweh your God as your heritage; he will grant you peace from all the enemies surrounding you, and you will live in safety," at your feet how will you respond?
Remember Jesus is ... ... ... Bigger than life!
