Today you may find yourself confronted with discouragement, depression, loneliness, hopelessness, and fear, however they will not be yours, they will belong someone whose journey has taken them into the shadows. Therefore today you will need to be a doorway to encouragement, a carrier of good news, a reminder of the power of faith. “Only faith can guarantee the blessings that we hope for, or prove the existence of realities that are unseen.” [Hebrews 11:1]
Write these words on your heart, plant them deep into the soil of your life, and place them on the tip of your tongue. “But as we have the same spirit of faith as is described in scripture, I believed and therefore I spoke, we, too, believe and therefore we, too, speak, realizing that he who raised up the Lord Jesus will raise us up with Jesus in our turn, and bring us to himself, and you as well. You see, everything is for your benefit, so that as grace spreads, so, to the glory of God, thanksgiving may also overflow among more and more people.” [2nd Corinthians 4:13 - 4:15]
God can and will turn discouragement into encouragement, depression into joy, loneliness into solitude, hopelessness into hope, and fear into respect but it must at a time of his own choosing. So please stand tall and ready perhaps today someone will knock on the doorway of your faith, "So, the glory of God, thanksgiving may also overflow among more and more people.”
