Can you please tell me what the word god really mean?

Unfortunately, there's no clear answer to it. God is actually one of the most meaningless words out there. A Hindu and a Christian mean quite different things by it. Generally, it would refer to a higher power. If you want to know what "God" means in each faith, it's best to understand them and see what they mean when they say the word "God."
