At what age, generally, would an individual's consent, to a given situation, be considered valid?

I will give some circumstances, please assign an age, or range of ages, to each:

At the age of ___ a person can choose for his/her self what to have for lunch.

At the age of ___ a person can choose for his/her self to walk to the store and back.

At the age of ___ a person can choose for his/her self who their friends are.

At the age of ___ a person can choose for his/her self when to go to bed.

I don't think anyone should be forcibly fed. Punishing someone for not eating a particular lunch may be justified only before the person is able to access and understand information regarding what is good or healthy to eat. So, about age seven.

At the age of ___ a person can choose for his/her self to walk to the store and back.

I think it should be up to the parents as to when the person can walk to the store and back as long as the person is living under the parents' care unless the person is over about 14 years of age since at 14 it would be unreasonable for the parents to restrict their freedom in this way (A 14 year old surely is able to care of himself walking to the store)

0. Everyone regardless of age has the right to choose friends.

I don't think anyone should be forced to sleep or forced to stay lying in bed. If a child stays in his room without bothering anyone, that should be allowed.

I think parents should encourage their children of whatever age to be attracted to the opposite sex and they may forbid a same-sex romantic friend from entering the home. I don't think a child should be punished for same-sex romantic activity outside the home, regardless of age.

0. There should be freedom of religion at every age.

If they engage in it outside the home, I think it should be tolerated at any age. However it would be alright to discourage it at any age.

If you're talking in both cases about genital contact, I don't believe there should be a set age where it would be tolerated by parents or society. I believe it ought to be the age of puberty which is different for each person. However I think it is fine to discourage sexual activity at any age.

I again think it should be up to the parents as long as the child is living under their care unless the person is over the age of about 14 where it would be unreasonable for the parents to restrict their freedom.

Like religious freedom, I consider this an absolute. So, zero.

I believe this should be up to the parents unless the person is about 14 years old in which case I think he or she should be able to consume moderate amounts of alcohol even if the parents desire otherwise. So societally, the drinking age would be 14 with those under 14 being allowed to drink with parental permission.

I am ambivalent as to whether tobacco should even be legal for anyone. But if it should be determined to be legal, I think the age should be 14 -- though I think parents, as in the case of alcohol, can insist it be consumed in moderation and of course parents can discourage it at any age.

I believe it should be at any age, including without parental notification. I believe a woman, of any age, has the right to control her own body. Even if the fetus should be a human being, that does not mean others have the right to intrude upon a woman's body. Fundamental rights such as these (freedom of politics, freedom of religion) exist from birth.

As with my other answers I am speaking of what rights of freedom one has, not what is ideal. I think it is fine to discourage women from having abortions at any age.
