I had an idea to read more than my parodies, of which some of you may know of. I will be reading those as well but I thought expanding to read some novels would be good. Not TOO long. These would be read on the microphone in Paltalk.
To start things off I'm thinking of reading an interesting tale by J.R.R Tolkien called Farmer Giles of Ham. It's got nothing to do with Lord of the Rings etc. It's short notice, but it's gonna be THIS Tuesday the 17th at 9pm EST approx. It will not be recorded since it is NOT my work and I don't wanna put an audiobook out there that isn't mine.
After that, I was thinking the Tuesday after perhaps starting the Narnia series on the mic, starting with the Magicians Nephew. Unless someone has strong objections to doing it in that order. It might be more than 2 hours, I shall try to go through it as fast as possible without rushing.
I hope this will interest some of you and you need not have the books to come. You can also talk about it during and afterwards. I'll be posting another thread in this section about a possible idea.
My room is called "Brandalf85's Fun and fellowship chat". www.paltalk.com
