It is interesting to see you refer to "the resurrection associated with the trumpet" as if you were recognizing the other resurrection.

I see the trumpet blowing at the first resurrection (first --as mentioned in Rev 20:6). This would be the resurrection of 1 Cor 5:23 (after Christ Jesus as the first fruits) but before the end resurrection mentioned/implied in 1 Cor 5:24.
This trumpet blew in AD70 but I'm unsure of what the trumpet exactly signified.
