so I think the last blog I had just had a tonsilectomy.... hmmm.... well at the time things were going well. and then..... I had a bleed about 5am and had to get taken to emergency ward. well I sat around the hospital all day in different places. I finally got taken to a ward at about 5pm. well the operation went ahead so i am now minus my tonsils.... all I can say is it hurts the op happened about 11am on tuesday and by 11am wednesday i was allowed to leave hospital. michael has been so wonderful. he took me in tuesday at 6am, waited around for the op then waited till i came out and then came and held my hand till 8pm when he had to leave. he was then there at 8am the next morning even tho he had been throwing up himself. he took 2 weeks off work so he could suppor ...More

ok first the news..... michael and I are engaged. yes i have a ring... no his divorce is not final yet. we looked it up online and its ok to get engaged while going through divorce. since engagement is not a legally binding agreement though they say you should only get engaged whilst going through divorce if the other party is aware you are not legally divorced yet. ok now onto the saga.. with the tonsils...we came to perth on the saturday afternoon and expected to go to the hospital on ...More

well tomorrow I get to drive 7 hours to Perth (actually mike will probably drive). the specialist told me I need to get my tonsils out as I have a cyst on one of them. they think its non cancerous but the specialist said there is always a small chance he could be wrong. they dont want it to turn cancerous if its not already thus having the things removed. so will go down tomorrow spend the weekend with mikes family and monday they will tell me if I am having day surgery or if I go in monday ...More

hello everyone, well the tweb moderator conferance is now over, tim LS and myself are all sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for my cousin to come and find tim and I. the weekend was such a huge success it was so nice to meet people in person whom I have worked along side for years. well guys I am off on a journey tommorrow morning ... I will be leaving for perth then going to sydney and off to the USA. I am excited yet also scared and apprehensive. I will get to meet a lot of cool people and my cousins, 2 half sisters and at least one of two half brothers. well its less than 1 week before I leave town in fact now 5 days before I go to Perth then to sydney 2 days later and to USA 2 days after that. well things with mike are going well. I can't believe its 3 weeks till I go away to USA...problem is its like suddenly a drain has opened and saved money is being pulled into it. first I had to go to the dr the other day and they sent a referral to the ear nose and throat dr who comes up here like once every 2 or 3 months...well I had an appointment this week and he has told me the cyst on the back of my throat should be taken out even though he thinks its benign. he also said I should hav ...More

well things here are moving along nicely.... mike and I are getting along great he adores me and actually has said to me that I wont find anyone who will love me more than he does. he helps me cook and clean, he thanks me for washing his clothes or helping him to do things. he likes to go shopping with me and we go walking every saturday for about an hour. he gets on great with my kids. he buys me flowers out of the blue and says he loves me all the time. seriously he is almost just what I ...More

you know today I was reflecting on my past 2 years and I can honestly say right now I am the happiest I have been in a very long time. I am divorced, have met a wonderful man, who only wants to ever do the right thing by me. I am on a level ground with my thyroid and depression and basicly enjoying life. am actually cooking meals again and trying to keep the house clean too and walking an hour once a week with mike :).
