Does anyone know of any images of Jesus that portray Him close to the way He really looked? Byzantine and Coptic depictions are definitely closer to the mark than those in the West, but to me they still look too "white".

I have a small collections of art or photos or computer images that portrays historical scenes of the Bible, or history surrounding the Bible. They're hard to find, but I like collecting them as they help me place myself in the ancient world. Hey All, I'm having some trouble figuring out how to use my new hobby of landscape photography in a way that honors God. I really don't want to be that guy who puts "word art" Bible verses on tacky sunset shots but I really don't know which direction to go. I recently completed and uploaded a short documentary on my father and his art on Youtube. It was my first time filming, editing, and uploading something to Youtube. Its obviously amateurish, and the editing job could have been better with more time (I gave myself one weekend to accomplish it). Also the sound is pretty crummy. But I had fun with this, and it put in me a desire to make more. I just need to buy a mic for the next doc I do. Enjoy. Comments/advice welcome....

hmm ok well 3 of my friends have told me to post my 2 pics I drew recently on tweb so here they are. Here's another digital drawing from Manga Studio Debut. It uses seven halftone layers: a brown series from beige to black, two blues, and a maroon.
