I just received the paperwork from the elementary school. My children never had the flu, nor has any one else in my family and i've always felt leary of the flu vaccine in particular. I weighed myself today and did a BMI calculation on a website. Technically, I'm in the underweight range. Ok, so I am taking slightly higher up classes, felt stressed about something, but that is not too unusual especially over the last year, and I turned 25 this quarter. Is this enough to explain why I am tireder this quarter than in previous quarters? I worked some long days in the middle of the week with more drive to and from places, but I've had long days when I went to school and worked closer to home, sometimes being out more than I am this term. my daughter wanted to join a gym since she is doing a phsical education course for her year 11 TEE (tertiary entrance examination) courses. so I thought yes I need to get fit we could both join and get fit and I could lose weight. thing is I priced the 4 we have in my town and they range from around $80 joing fee with no assesment to $169 with the assesment and then from $50 off peak times to $80 anytimes a month. is it actually worth it? opinions....

Sometimes I take naps during the day because I'm tired, but they always seem to backfire on me. No matter how long I sleep, I always wake up in a bad mood.
