In other news, they have to do an electrical inspection and a house inspection because the power had been off for two years.
I do NOT need this kind of headache now!

There is no time for another option.
The electrical was inspected by the city - they had a call back stating it was a licensed electrician who did the install. The permit issue, they will take up with him.
But the water is leaking everywhere - at least where the water heater used to be. Rotor Rooter came out but couldn't get in.
In the meantime I got sick while there and had to use the bathroom - and you can imagine how well THAT went.
