I never know how to handle the question about what your biggest weakness is. I know you're supposed to try to spin it into a positive so far but I don't think I've been very good at that. I know some of you here have experience hiring people. Any advice?

No matter what it is, always follow up with "and this is how I deal with it" or "this is how I manage it"..... we ALL have weaknesses, but some of us just don't do anything about it.The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.Comment
