    Re: Knitting lace....

This isn't knitting, but it's close, and such a great picture I had to share.

Painted sheep! Talk about pre-dyed wool!

Oh, that is so sweet of you guys!

She is such a precious girl to me, and I appreciate that you all so wonderfully indulge my desire to share her with the world.

I am not sure exactly how much bowel he had removed, and I am not privy to any info about his risks or if there were already polyps or whatever. Also, I have no idea whether or not they were able to...
  10. Re: Have I showed you my 3,000,000 pictures of my new grandb

She was getting tired of me taking her picture.

Every 5 seconds I would say, "Kasha! Look at me!" And she would sigh and look at me, and maybe she would smile.

I agree. I have nothing against what we used to call "special music", which can include solos or any other group singing, or piano solo or other musical thingy where someone is actually performing....

Re: What is your Church Like?

Yep. I think that so much of the contemporary music is used to evoke an emotional response, which is "what the pagans do" by their "vain repetitions".

Re: What is your Church Like?

Some of the songs today are so bad we may as well be singing those words. There's about as much theological depth to them as singing about Krispy Kremes.

    That's exactly what they are!

My favourite contemporary song is "How Deep the Father's Love For Us". There ARE some good ones. Unfortunately, there are more awful ones than good.
