Weather and Tea
Ever since it turned off cool here I have re-discovered hot tea. Got to say I miss the suntea but it is equal to a good cup of hot tea sitting on the back porch when the chill sets in.
Anyone else?

I remember Earl Grey when he was only a baronet.

Re: Weather and Tea
I *love* tea. Chai tea is my favourite, followed by Earl Grey and Green tea.
It's wonderful, wonderful stuff. Oh, and mint tea when you have a sore throat is amazing. And Chamomile tea when you need to relax and settle in for the evening is great. Berry teas have a really nice taste to them, too.
Now that the weather's cooler, tea's LOVELY.

Re: Weather and Tea
I had a pot of Formosa Oolong at lunch today, with my Shrimp with Black Pepper Sauce.

Re: Weather and Tea
I'd just like to say that I have the flu, I am freezing cold, I have two sweaters on, and I am craving a cup of tea bigger than my kitchen sink. (And I just might make enough individual cups of it to FILL a kitchen sink.) Earl Grey. Mmmmm....

Re: Weather and Tea
I have oolong that my boss gave me. It's a Taiwanese import, and I have good reason to believe that the bag he gave me is worth over $100. I only drink it rarely, though, as I'm too lazy to boil water much of the time. When I do, though, I add honey, and it's really good. I've tried other teas, but so far haven't liked any of them as much as this oolong.
Here I am!
