Re: Any Naruto fans here?
There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devils. One is to dis-believe in their existance. The other is to believe, and to feel an excessive and unhealthy interest in them. They themselves are equally pleased by both errors and hail a materialist or a magician with the same delight. -- C.S. Lewis

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
I hope Kishi doesn't pull the "I wore lightning armor" junk like the chakra armor of the first Naruto movie.

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
"Years ago, I mean decades ago, I read a quote about politicians performing quid pro quo favors for campaign cash, and whether or not we could prove it. The guy who was quoted opined that it was difficult to determine. He noted that in many cases, the payoff might not take the form of votes on legislative action -- those might be detectable, and so are avoided -- but could take subtler forms, like the question that is never asked at a hearing.
The media's doing a terrific job of not asking questions it doesn't want to know the answer to. It doesn't ask these questions in bulk, and the great volume of questions it doesn't ask makes it cheap to not ask questions.
And it passes these savings on to you, the customer." Ace

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
But there's a difference between lightning based jutsus and real live lightning from a purely scientific standpoint. It has to do with current potential and resistance. Itachi's armor should not have been able to handle the tens of thousands of volts that hit him. Kishi's got some explaining to do...

Like I said, it's a cheesy way to get Itachi back in the fight...

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
Hmm. Looks like the "armor" was Susanou. And I guess it's finally gonna be over next week, with Itachi summoning Skeletor.

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
Arrgh, Sasuke said he ran out of chakra. How did he activate the curse seal?

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
Did you see his right eye? That's Orochimaru's eye. I think Sasuke has started to leech chakra from the white snake. That's the best explanation I could give. But how did Itachi summon the skeleton if he was out of chakra? Both are doing things they should not be able to do.

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
Meh, Zetsu said they were both just about out. Itachi nor Sasuke ever said Itachi was out.

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
New spoiler is out (confirmed too) from MangaHelpers
Sasuke: Susanoo?
Itachi: A jutsu I acquired upon awakening both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. Have any jutsu left? If you do, now's the time to use them, because this is it...
Zetsu: The clouds are vanishing...looks like that jutsu's just good for one blast...
The bones around itachi begin to materialize.*
*pocketmofo's trans on the description for Susanoo: It looks kinda like a monk (called a Yamabushi who generally live deep in the mountains and who Tengu often dress like) or a “stand” out of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (*laugh*).
Orochimaru whispers into in Sasuke's mind...
Orochimaru: I'll be more than glad to share...you can have my power, darling...
Sasuke: Dammit! (falls to his knees).
Orochimaru: You need me, Yes? Was it not revenge on Itachi you were after? Well then, release my powers...and I shall make your wish come true!
White snakes erupt from Sasuke's shoulders! Yamata no Orochi appears!
Itachi: This sensation...Orochimaru's Yamata no Justu...
Zetsu: What the hell's happened just now? (the remainder of the dialogue is probably the other Zetsu's answer) Sasuke kept pushing himself despite the fact he was out of chakra, that's what! Orochimaru's chakra, which he'd managed to suppress until now, was set free!
Susanoo creates a sword!
Yamata no Orochi attacks! Susanoo chops its heads off! Orochimaru emerges from the mouth of the final snake.
Orochimaru: Aahahahah!
He produces a sword from his mouth.
Zetsu: Hasn't lost the disgusting habit of spewing in battle... He's persistent, I'll give 'im that.
Orochimaru: This is it! This is what I've been waiting for! I must thank you for depleting the chakra that restrained me! Now I make this boy's body my own... and then! Eh?
Susanoo's sword cuts Orochimaru through!
Orochimaru: You think an attack such as this is enough to defeat - ! This sword...it can't be... Totsuka no Tsurugi? Itachi, you'd been hiding this ... kuh!
Zetsu: No wonder it was nowhere to be found...to think it was a spirit sword devoid of matter...
Zetsu: A Kusanagi no Tsurugi embued with Sealing Jutsu, it is said those it pierces are forever sealed away in dreamlike state of genjutsu...Orochimaru's been looking for it forever...He boasts not just Douryoku...but jutsu this powerful as well! Itachi's really something, alright!
*Douryouku: power of doujutsu (lit. eye power).
Yamata no Orochi is split from Sasuke's body and swallowed by Susanoo's (turtleneck?). Sasuke remains on his knees.
Itachi: It's over...Sasuke.
Itachi approaches to claim the eyes!
Next time: My eyes!I may not yet be as old as dirt, but dirt and I are starting to have an awful lot in common... Stephen Donaldson - Author of my favorite series (The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant)

Re: Any Naruto fans here?
Stupid. And it's still not over. I guess I should be glad the stupid fake spoiler about Tobi being Danzo isn't true.
