*Off topic...On 06 December 2002 a team of nine researchers led by Professor Yasumasa Kanada at the Information Technology Center at Tokyo University announced they have calculated pi to 1,240,000,000,000 (1.24 trillion) places! I am currently awaiting permission to reprint the article on this page.
