There are some groups that see baptism as the time of salvation. All that is required to take part of the Lord's Supper is salvation.

Some groups say that the baptism is necessary due to the fact that Jesus shared the Supper only with His 12 disciples. This would be the reason why the Supper is not for everyone: they all were already baptized.
I think this is not a good argument, though.
