      Haddy's Questions Thread

At the request of Chaos Scade, I'm starting a thread for new member haddy to come on in and ask some honest questions. Please give haddy a warm welcome.

      http://www.tektoonics.com

Due to rampant stupidity by Skeptics, and time issues, I'm only going to be on TWeb in my own (tektonics.org) section from now on. Deal with it.

      [hello it's me.
im soo very confused at the moment.
im such a sceptic, well i always was.
but now i mstarting to wonder if there really is anything more out there but i just cant thoroughly convince myself.
this probably sounds stupid, but why is it that you believe in god?
i hope this doesnt come out the wrong way, but im having a very very bad time at home and at school (yes im a teenager) and im starting to wonder if it's even worth it.
any answers would be greatly appreciated!
sorry if i sound amateur.... its becasue i am!

It's not a stupid question but one that has been asked by the wisest minds in history.

      But are you looking for:

      1) Rational arguments to believe in God?

      or

      2) Personal reasons to believe in God? (that is, experiences)

      and welcome, haddy!
People aren't moral and rational because some sort of religion or atheism has automatically put that moral or rational thinking in them; people are moral and rational because they are the image of a loving and wise God.

I Know of God through the revealing of Jesus Christ.

I have revelations of Jesus Christ, because I sought God, and he chose to unveil himself to me.
