      I can guarantee you that he won't drink this stuff.

      You can leave the alcohol out, but it won't be quite as good. Many of the flavors in peppers come out best with alcohol. It cooks off, but the flavors are already liberated.

      I like to up the five spice powder too. Not everyone likes it, but I do. If you up it to a 3/4 tsp, it has a better sweet spice taste. I do that and mix it with pineapple juice. If you marinate pork in that juice-sauce mix overnight then smoke it, it comes out great.

      I sure hope not, if it's as strong as you say it is [and I do not doubt you at all, this sounds like some strong stuff].

      If I'm crazy, I might double up the recipe and split it into two individual hot sauces; one with alchohol and one without, just to find out the taste difference for myself.

      I think I might be a bit liberal on the garlic if I make it... I'm a garlic fan. And that Pork marinade sounds delicious...
