Glory Seed Guidelines

Notice – The ministries featured in this section of TheologyWeb are guests of this site and in some cases not bargaining for the rough and tumble world of debate forums, though sometimes they are. Additionally, this area is frequented and highlighted for guests who also very often are not acclimated to debate fora. As such, the rules of conduct here will be more strict than in the general forum. This will be something within the discretion of the Moderators and the Ministry Representative, but we simply ask that you conduct yourselves in a manner considerate of the fact that these ministries are our invited guests. You can always feel free to start a related thread in general forum without such extra restrictions. Thank you.

These daily devotionals are brought to you by Gary Piper, a writer with our Sister Site, Natural Spirit Ministries. TheologyWeb encourages you to visit and support their site.... they have many informative articles which can be discussed right here. If you enjoy Gary Piper's devotionals, please send him an encouraging note or post. We are very appreciative of our partnership with Natural Spirit Ministries and look forward to many more co-ventures.

Glory Seed Devotionals, 2016: Year of the Blessing
    The Temple Builders Three…

    Shalom!

““And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the LORD sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek him, you will find him. But if you forsake him, he will reject you forever. So take this seriously. The LORD has chosen you to build a Temple as his sanctuary. Be strong, and do the work.”” (1 Chronicles 28:9–10, NLT)

Like Solomon, you too have been chosen to build a temple, a house for God’s Spirit to reside. The temple you are called to build is not made of gold, silver, finely cut stone, and intricately carved wood. The temple God has chosen you to build is of far more worth. It is your own life.

The temple you have been chosen to build will be built out of the “stuff” of your life. The good happenings. The bad happenings. The in-between happenings. Even the happenings that slipped past you without noticing them. The Lord God knows of all your happenings He understands the fears, the weaknesses, the temptations that halt construction and he stands ready to help. God is the General Contractor, Jesus is the Architect, and the Holy Spirit is the builder of your temple given the chance when completed your temple will be unmatched by any temple built by the hands of man.

And it will withstand anything anyone or anything can throw at it! So be strong and smart let Them finish the job...Amen!

Believe in presence of the GOD and in the strength of his GRACE!
    GRACE and PEACE,
    Gary
