Progress - Maybe...

I saw a house this morning and I've sent for the rental app. I would like to get this one but I'm really nervous. but if I get it I can afford the rent and it's much bigger than what I have now. It's in Montgomery where I'm looking for work so it would be good. Not a great neighborhood but not that bad, either. I really need to get moving ASAP.


So, yeah, there's that - now I have to come up with the cash and find out if I can get it and figure out how to afford the move itself. I can do all that okay if I don't have to do it all this weekend, otherwise it's gonna be a real crunch.


But it's also a real chance. Y'all pray for me, please - and thank you!

And so then I decided to be upfront - I emailed him again to explain my situation. I really, really need a place NOW and I'm scared I won't be able to get one. I can actually afford this one (well, if I can get the security deposit together...)

So God had to have had a hand in that - I just did it without really half killing myself to do the right thing (y'all know - you know it's right but you can't quite make yourself do it? That should have been what happened - but it wasn't).

so now I'm just scared again but I don't feel bad about doing it.

When I got home I had a letter from the court. If it means what I think it does I may have more time.

The letter is a good thing - I have more time than I thought.

But the house offer was a scam. I'd have spotted it sooner but I feeling so desperate.

Yes, praise God! If I'd fallen for it I couldn't have afforded any place at all.
