Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty, you are purposefully ignoring clear evidence that Benny Hinn is a false prophet and doing EXACTLY what Jesus warned about in the last days.
You will be held accountable for that and for spreading the lies that these false teachers and prophets are doing God's work. You are aiding and abetting false prophets - and with full knowledge that they are false, you can't claim ignorance. Don't think that God will turn a blind eye to that. You need to pray and repent.
You are working against God's Holy Spirit. Is that "mature" or "evil"?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
You are working against the Holy Spirit!
No one is saying to go out into the desert because Jesus, or the Christ is there.
I have heard of other times when Jesus has appeared to people to show them the way to salvation. Most notably, Jesus appeared to Paul on the road to Damascus. Paul instantly knew he was Lord. Then he told Paul who to go to in Damascus.
You have never shown that you believe any ministers or movements of God in our time are operating in the true gifts of the Spirit.
You haven't named any one who is healing the sick, casting out demons, raising the dead, involved in signs, wonders and miracles that 'pass mustard' with you as 'perfect enough' to not be false prophets or heretics. Who is? Who does? Are you perfect?
You are against everything the Holy Spirit is doing! The End From The Beginning by Ty Aldrich is available at www.lulu.com/content/2614100 It is NOW AVALABLE through Barnes and Noble in ebook format.

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
I am not against anything genuine, Ty.
But when someone like Benny Hinn does exactly what Jesus warned about in the bible, claiming that Jesus is out in the desert (muslim lands) physically appearing (not a vision like Paul had) then the only way for you to claim Benny Hinn is not a false prophet is to totally ignore the evidence. That means you are either completely ignorant, or in collusion with this falsehood because by continuing to support such people as Benny Hinn means you are part of the problem.
What do you think about Hinn claiming Jesus is physically appearing in the desert?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty cast the devil out of me some time ago. I'm still feeling a little devilish though. He reminds me of a guy over in Yahoo groups that used to go by Bands Report and now goes by Vince Diehls or something like that. He prophesied that it wouldn't rain anywhere in the U.S. in July 1999. That worked out real well. He also said something about machines failing and planes falling out of the sky. He later said that was his prediction of 9/11. Maybe Rockwell, Bands and Hinn are all the same guy. How many delusional types can there be?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty, what do you think about the statements Benny Hinn made that--
1) Fidel Castro would die in the 90's? (not in his 90's) Did that happen?
2) That God would destroy the homosexual community by fire in 1994 or 1995? Did that happen?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
I don't always agree with everything that Benny says. I don't know the whole context of the statement he made.
I don't trust the heresy hunters more. They like to lift things out of context, use snips that suit their purposes, they hear a sentence or phrase and conclude something other than was meant, and apply twisted interpretations to what they think they heard.
In the case of what Jesus warned, it must be clear that he was not saying that he would never appear to people, in a vision or in the flesh. His warning was not to go out to worship or follow one claiming to be him, who supposedly had come back and was assembling people there.
It is wrong to take a statement, that Jesus had appeared to show himself to someone to bring them to salvation, and make a case that a Christ imposter is luring people to himself. You would have to show that it was not Christ. You would have to show that it was some form of general 'call' for people to go out there.
It is not wrong to say Jesus appeared. Sometimes he does.
You still do not make known who if anyone is acceptable to your criteria as a minister who flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit with healings and miracles. Anyone reading this would have to believe that to you, no one measures up to your standards, as if your standards are to be held as God's.The End From The Beginning by Ty Aldrich is available at www.lulu.com/content/2614100 It is NOW AVALABLE through Barnes and Noble in ebook format.

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty, I linked to the video. You can check out the context if you wanted to. There is no excuse for your ignorance. He was claiming that Jesus was physically apearing to the muslims.
You can't pick and choose what parts of a false teacher to beleive, Ty. If they are false then you need to reject them in totality. Even the devil will use some truth in what he says, but you don't listen to him do you?
again, the link was to a video. watch it.I don't trust the heresy hunters more. They like to lift things out of context, use snips that suit their purposes, they hear a sentence or phrase and conclude something other than was meant, and apply twisted interpretations to what they think they heard.
He was warning that when he came back it would be in judgment so don't believe people when they claim to be him or that he has appeared somewhere. and Hinn was not talking about a vision of Christ. he said "physically". He is a heretic. In the case of what Jesus warned, it must be clear that he was not saying that he would never appear to people, in a vision or in the flesh. His warning was not to go out to worship or follow one claiming to be him, who supposedly had come back and was assembling people there.
I know it wasn't Jesus because when Jesus comes we will all know it. I believe what Jesus said. So I don't to prove hinn was wrong, his very claim was unbiblical and exactly what Jesus warned about. Your equivocation on the matter shows you are not genuinely interested in the truth but in finding a way to keep believing the TBN televangelists are not false teachers. It is wrong to take a statement, that Jesus had appeared to show himself to someone to bring them to salvation, and make a case that a Christ imposter is luring people to himself. You would have to show that it was not Christ. You would have to show that it was some form of general 'call' for people to go out there.
really? in the flesh? Where? It is not wrong to say Jesus appeared. Sometimes he does.
are you going to be a false teacher now too?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
typical name it and claim it crap. If something "prophesied" doesn't happen its not the preacher's fault, its the people who didn't have enough faith.
Not healed? it's your own fault.
Not rich? your fault.
That is the whole problem with your "word of faith" crap, Ty. As soon as you don't get what you want, it becomes your own fault, and then they fall away because they think God doesn't love them any more or there is something wrong with them. Word of Faith actually Destroys the Faith.
Its nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
