Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty, if Benny Hinn were truly a prophet of God giving an accurate prophecy, and if God had indeed willed that He was going to bring those things to pass, all the non faith in the world would not and could not have stopped Him from doing so.
But these things did not come to pass.
Benny Hinn is a testable false prophet.I have been honored as an Enemy of Nee™ and LAu Tzu hasn't!

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
All of you, You are not the Holy Spirit.
If you want to claim that God requires perfection in everything you or any preacher says, do it elsewhere. Old testament legalism does not apply. The blood of Jesus applies, and continually cleanses us of all unrighteousness.
You have failed to answer my questions.
You can't answer my questions.
All you can do is accuse. Satan is the accuser of the brethren.
You are imposing your self-declared roles as judges on this thread. You aren't perfect. You are not the Holy Spirit.
Do you repent of every doubt you have every day?
Do you disqualify yourselves because you fail?
Do you absolve yourselves of perfection in whatever area you minister?
Do you believe your own sins are forgiven while others' are not?
Do you realize you too are guilty before God for faithlessness?
Do you realize that whatever does not proceed from faith is sin?
This thread is for constructive discussion about how the Church, according to scripture and prophecy, is to grow into greater faith and more Holy Spirit given power.
Until you can answer in the affirmative that God uses imperfect people in spite of their imperfections,
Until you affirm that the gifts of the Spirit do not require the gifted to be perfect,
Until you admit that the gifts and anointings of the Holy Spirit that the apostles had, who were imperfect also, are applicable to members of the body of Christ today and up until we know even as we are known, when we see Jesus face to face,
Then you are in error. You are violating the clearly stated purpose of this thread and your are no different than the Pharisees, and the Jews and those that criticized Jesus and the apostles. Cease to impose yourselves here. You've clearly shown your unwillness to see any good that is done, is being done, or will be done by imperfect people whom God still uses anyway.
I would rather post here alone, expecting that there are people who do recognize what you do not wish to recognize.
Instead of mowing down everything and everyone who believes differently than you, let them alone.
Now, Please be considerate of this thread's purpose. Be considerate of others who might contribute constructively, but for the bitter hail of bullets with which you have been filling the air. Let there be this one set apart piece of turf on tweb that is open to the ministry of the prophetic.Last edited by TyRockwell; June 21st 2008 at 03:00 PM.

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
sounds accusatory to me.
how does the New testament change the perfection of God? Did God just get sloppy and forgetful when Jesus came on the scene? Or maybe he was just getting old and decrepit? If you want to claim that God requires perfection in everything you or any preacher says, do it elsewhere. Old testament legalism does not apply. The blood of Jesus applies, and continually cleanses us of all unrighteousness.
OK let's go with that last statement. Let's keep that in mind as we move on...You have failed to answer my questions.
You can't answer my questions.
All you can do is accuse. Satan is the accuser of the brethren.
By that reasoning, you are admitting you are Satan. You are accusing us of all sorts of things. You even accused me of not being saved in another thread.
How does it feel to be Satan, ty?
I thought it was about maturity? how can the church grow when people like you embrace false prophets and heretical doctrines like those spread by the "word of faith" crowd? This thread is for constructive discussion about how the Church, according to scripture and prophecy, is to grow into greater faith and more Holy Spirit given power.
and why do you keep dodging our questions instead of answering us? How about that Hinn video? Watch it yet?
Whoops! there you go accusing again, Satan-Ty.Until you can answer in the affirmative that God uses imperfect people in spite of their imperfections,
Until you affirm that the gifts of the Spirit do not require the gifted to be perfect,
Until you admit that the gifts and anointings of the Holy Spirit that the apostles had, who were imperfect also, are applicable to members of the body of Christ today and up until we know even as we are known, when we see Jesus face to face,
Then you are in error.
and again. Dang you can't stop yourself can you?You are violating the clearly stated purpose of this thread and your are no different than the Pharisees,
more accusations of your brethren.and the Jews and those that criticized Jesus and the apostles. Cease to impose yourselves here. You've clearly shown your unwillness to see any good that is done, is being done, or will be done by imperfect people whom God still uses anyway.
I am sure you would like to post on your own. You love not having anyone criticize your heresies.I would rather post here alone, expecting that there are people who do recognize what you do not wish to recognize.
why not go start your own website where you can post all by yourself with no interuption?
We are just pointing out errors in your beliefs. Iron sharpening Iron. trying to correct a mistaken brother.Instead of mowing down everything and everyone who believes differently than you, let them alone.
hey you do know you have your own blog here on tweb where you can rant to your hearts content right? Now, Please be considerate of this thread's purpose. I actually think you were caught making a typical stupid mistake and are now trying to pretend like it was done intentionally. Would you like me to take apart your post to show you are being less than forthright here Ty? Or is your butt too sore from the kickin' it is getting from the others in this thread?

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Ty, you act as if it's somehow wrong to question if a man is a true prophet or not. The scriptures have many warnings against false prophets. They weren't put there for filler. They were put there because not only do these people exist, but they are dangerous.
Benny Hinn is a false prophet. You don't have to be the Holy Spirit to see this, so it doesn't matter that Sparko and I aren't the Holy Spirit. (which we never claimed to be.) Plain old human discernment and reading the scriptures show that Benny Hinn is a false prophet. That which he says will happen does not. It isn't rocket science. It's as plain as rat turds in a sugar bowl.
God wants us to discern false prophets. He gave us many passages on how to discern, what to look for, the dangers of the false prophets who are present, the heads up that there will be many---good grief, Ty, what more does it take to get it through your head? Doubting that a man is from God is not doubting God. It's doing what the Lord told us to do--to be on the lookout for heresy and deceivers. It's our duty as Christians. It's an instruction from the Lord Himself. The old strawman argument that we aren't perfect either doesn't hold here. The Lord gave these warnings to us, the imperfect, so that we may discern those who are not only imperfect (which is easy, that's all of us), but those who pretend to speak and act for Him but who do not.Last edited by Crow; June 21st 2008 at 04:48 PM.

Re: Until we all become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the Fullness of the Stature of Christ
Benny Hinn is a false prophet is a statement of FACT too. Crow and I and others have given you proof after proof.
So why is it when we do it, it is "accusation" but when you do the same thing, telling us that we are wrong and fighting against the Holy Spirit, its a statement of fact.
PS - Nobody has claimed to BE the Holy Spirit you loon.
