Subhanaallah and let us pray for him to get Jannat-ul-Firdous(as he no longer exists in the midst of us). Ameen and Peace.
This is because Ahmed Deedat, who is known to be rather... dishonest in his debate tactics, has limited himself to hearing an EXACT PHRASE, rather than looking at what Jesus actually claimed, and what it meant in the context of the society in which He lived. Even the Jews at the time said to Jesus that He was claiming to be God, and I give the relevant verse here.

      John 10:33
“We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”

Ahmed Deedat pretty much has tunnel vision on this, and won't admit to what Jesus truly claimed, even though the evidence is quite against him, and I am sure that he knows it.

You're absolutely right, Cerebrum and Chrawnus. Deedat and his blind followers like ths recent poster dishonestly and lamely restrict themselves to their choice phrase and by doing so, PROVE that they merely have abysmal or no understanding of Jesus claims.

Pretty much tunnel vision in all such muslims indeed...
