Well Krusader, that is Not really true, We just have a different Idea as to what the Divine is. We see the Gods As Present and a part of the Creation. My own relationship with My deities is very different than My previous relationship with the Christian God YHWH.
Where as before I was treated as nothing more than a servant, My current deities are more like teachers and I am their student.
Servants live in fear, Students live to learn, and the lessons My gods teach me are more geared to My life rather than My after life.

Jesus told His followers, "I have called you my friends." Yes, we serve Jesus, but you also serve "other gods," who appear to be part of "creation." Who is the Creator?

I'm fairly sure that if Jesus or your version of God were real, they would be saying the same thing Anonymous says on the Chans.. NOT YOUR PERSONAL ARMY!

Thank you for starting this thread MM. I just read it all and it has been very enlightening (in more ways than you might have anticipated).

Just to revive this moribund thread . . .

A better question is what do Wiccans and other neo-Pagans DO, not so much what they BELIEVE. It makes a bigger difference than you think.

The Big Three Radical Monotheisms all get their fuel from orthodoxy ("right belief"), whereas neo-Pagans get their juice through orthopraxy ("right practice"). It's an important distinction that has to frame an honest discussion. In Neo-Paganism, belief and faith ("absolute belief without proof") are given very little stock compared to Wisdom -- the Art and Science of Doing The Right Thing At The Right Time. How you ask the question is going to influence the answers you get. And I'll give you that nugget of Wisdom free of charge.
