Show me an Orthodox Jew would accept that a Jew who converts to Christianity or Islam is still a Jew. Better yet, show me where the State of Israel has granted the 'right to return' i.e. Israeli citizenship to a someone of Jewish heritage who was openly practicing Christianity or Islam.
