Can you really "fall in love" with someone because of looks? But on the other hand, how can you fall in love with someone because they are intelligent? Both of those are interesting qualities, but are either really the recipe for love?Vigilante: When will Pixie realize she digs me Mononoke?
Mononoke: Maybe never.
Vigilante: I don't know if I can live with that Mononoke.
Mononoke: Would you like to know? Try it.

Maybe. Then maybe not.
Can you define falling in love?

Re: Answer a Question / Ask a Question
Developing an emotional connection to a specific person in a way that you do not feel for other similar people. Generally self-sacrificial in nature, protective, and exclusive.
Of course there are many levels of love, but I assume the type you are talking about is "I want to marry you" love. You asked to define "falling" in love, not love itself. So I suppose falling in love is the process of this emotional connection growing to the point where you would do anything for them, to die for them, and desire to spend your life with them.
What the heck am I talking about?Vigilante: When will Pixie realize she digs me Mononoke?
Mononoke: Maybe never.

Apparently something no one else was willing to talk about since it took a really long time for Michelle's question to be answered.
Can you dance?

Re: Answer a Question / Ask a Question
The only people I've ever danced with are children. And that's only because I've been to 3 weddings. Very cute, but I'm afraid I can't really cut a rug.
But can you cut cheese?Vigilante: When will Pixie realize she digs me Mononoke?

While I can (and sometimes even do) most of the cheese-cutting in my home is done by my husband and my 5 yo daughter!!!
Do you have a specific "5-year-plan" (or other long-term goal)?

Re: Answer a Question / Ask a Question
I hope to have a business of my own off the ground, making enough income to have done some major work on my house and paid off my car and small debts.
I suppose I can even hope I'll have a woman of my own by then. And good Heavens, 5 years, maybe even a kid!
5 years is a long time.
Is there any stereotype that actually lives up to its stereotype most of the time?Vigilante: When will Pixie realize she digs me Mononoke?

Yes politicians. They never disappoint the stereotype but sometimes it takes years.

Re: Answer a Question / Ask a Question
I'd have to split the answer between adulthood and childhood. I did plenty of weird things as a kid, like go skinny dipping, or swap the salt and sugar when my dad went to make coffee, or fill all buttons in our couch with yogurt. Sometimes I'd lift the couch cushion up, sit against it and bounce like it was a rocking chair or something.
In adulthood, not too many weird things. I'm told I am weird all the time, but not because I do especially weird things, just personality. Sarcasm, jokes, I reverse the meaning of things and have weird dyslexic powers and a memory that is off sometimes. Anyhoo.
What is the longest document you've written, how many pages?Vigilante: When will Pixie realize she digs me Mononoke?

Re: Answer a Question / Ask a Question
It would have to be my pseudo-Anglo-Saxon epic poem "Goldenhair", which ran to some 20-25 pages (IIRC) even though it was never finished. Prose, I wrote a 14p term paper (not counting cover, TOC, and bibliography pages) on Edgar Rice Burroughs' influence on American sci-fi.
