keep at it! Physical therapy is hard, but it pays off. I had a frozen shoulder and kept working it despite the pain, then one day, bam! the pain was gone. Like a light switch. Not all therapy will do that, but it does help!

I keep waitin for it. It's been months of therapy after years of frequent pain. I feel like we need to address something else in muscle use because of the assymetry of serratus and lat pain, but I'm not sure what affects that.Originally posted by Sparko View PostI am become death...Comment
