No, MikO, that's not at all what I meant. You spend a lot of time in the Spam areas of TWeb, such as the Rec Room, Game Room, etc. When you look at your Spam Points compared to your Posts, and then do the same for other posters here, you can clearly see that you have a larger Spam/Post ratio than most posters (in JPH's forum, I mean). That's all I meant by it, it has nothing to do with being foreign or non-English. It just means that you enjoy the Spam areas. A lot. And there's nothing wrong with that, I just used it as a (supposedly gentle) tease.

I've been keeping "maintenance" level until such time as I got back some test results, and there's some good news. I've managed to knock my triglycerides down to a much lower level (about 20 points lower), and my "good" cholesterol is up 7 points. Unfortunately, my "bad" cholesterol remains unchanged, and I'm being told by a physician that this may mean it is a heredity issue. It may just be my normal level, especially since my BP remains excellent.

Even so I'll be trying a few things to knock down that LDL -- such as pinhead oats for breakfast (after I get done with the pinhead Skeptics).
