Smilies
I really feel compelled to complement you guys on theis site. It's outstanding. But honestly...the smilies are the best part. I literally laugh out loud when I see some of these smilies.

And this one here...
...it cracks me up every time. I honestly burst into laughter at the site of that little guy.
You guys totally rock."Whenever the devil harasses you, seek the company of men or drink more, or joke and talk nonsense, or do some other merry thing. Sometimes we must drink more, sport, recreate ourselves, and even sin a little to spite the devil, so that we leave him no place for troubling our consciences with trifles. We are conquered if we try too conscientiously not to sin at all. So when the devil says to you: do not drink, answer him: I will drink, and right freely, just because you tell me not to."

"Our natural experiences (sensory, emotional, imaginative) are only like the drawing, like pencilled lines on flat paper. If they vanish in the risen life, they will vanish only as pencil lines vanish from the real landscape, not as a candle flame that is put out but as a candle flame which becomes invisible because someone has pulled up the blind, thrown open the shutters, and let in the blaze of the risen sun." - C.S. Lewis, Transposition.

why no mandolin player??"Whenever the devil harasses you, seek the company of men or drink more, or joke and talk nonsense, or do some other merry thing. there is no doubt that
tops them all.
Seriously...after weeks of seeing that little guy, he still cracks me up."Whenever the devil harasses you, seek the company of men or drink more, or joke and talk nonsense, or do some other merry thing. I like the musical ones...
And then I like the bonking and whacking smilies... I'm sure that the tone quality of the bonks is quite percusiive. And yes, percussive is a word of my own invention...
But my favorite smiley...
