Pena Nieto appeared to dig, on a couple of occasions, the fact that both candidates were invited, and only Trump showed up.

They didn't kiss and hug, but they did shake hands, and I don't think this really hurt Trump like some were hoping.

Naturally, opponents of Trump will cast this as pandering, and supporters of Trump will see this as courageous.

Well, I don't count it as pandering. He was invited. He went. They discussed an important topic prior to Trump's speech on the subject. Seems reasonable.

Yeah, and amazingly, Mexican President AGREED they need something along the border to prevent cash and guns from coming across the border in exchange for drugs and illegals.

I kinda wonder if Pena Nieto was really surprised when Trump announced he was accepting the invitation. You know, like Nieto may have invited Trump "knowing he'll never even THINK of accepting".
