Another New Egyptian Pyramid
Egyptian archaeologists have announced the discovery of another previously unknown pyramid at Saqqara, the sprawling ancient necropolis and site of Zoser’s step pyramid, that is around 12 miles South of Cairo, Egypt.
It is thought the newly unearthed pyramid probably held the remains of Queen Sesheshet, mother of the pharaoh Teti who founded the 6th Dynasty of Egypt’s Old Kingdom approximately 4300 years ago (2700BC).
The base of the pyramid was discovered 20 meters (65˝’) beneath the desert sands and is around five metres (almost 16˝’) tall. It is thought to have been 15 metres (49’) tall when it was first built. A doorway for the burial place was also discovered, but unfortunately it appears to have been looted.

Hawas says that this makes 118 known pyramids in Egypt, Johnny. How much vacation time do you get at your job?
Apparently, this one has a mural in a side chamber that shows how the ETs built it.
