Female - Xmas & HanukkahTireder than before, is this normal?
Ok, so I am taking slightly higher up classes, felt stressed about something, but that is not too unusual especially over the last year, and I turned 25 this quarter. Is this enough to explain why I am tireder this quarter than in previous quarters? I worked some long days in the middle of the week with more drive to and from places, but I've had long days when I went to school and worked closer to home, sometimes being out more than I am this term.

Could be an issue involving the repetitiveness of day to day actions. Sometimes, doing something out of the ordinary (or even slightly different than our normal schedule) can work wonders.

25? you're still young, you know.
Could be just boredom. It's amazing how much things like that affect my energy. Sometimes my days seem like drags, where everybody wants my attention - first work, then my kids, then my wife, helping with the house cleaning, cooking, all the miscellaneous stuff I have to do at home, then it's 10:30pm, I haven't done anything i really wanted to all day, and I'm really tired. Other nights, I'll stay up until 2:30am playing guitar, or bass, or recapping my mixer, or worked on one of my various repair projects, or reading fiction, or studying things I actually want to read, or video games (being honest :), get up at 6, and am wide awake, because I got inspired and/or got something done that had been
I sometimes think the modern 'me time' attitude is a bit pretentious, and I know I should be able to be content even if my life was complete drudgery, but I do find that having my own projects that I get time for is definitely energizing. Each man's knowledge is genuine to the extent that it is confirmed by gentleness, humility, and love. - st. mark the ascetic.
