Well, I am fine with it being "The Way", but we could spice it up by calling it <La Voie> or <Der Weg> or <El Camino>

looteronomy.
I also liked Hunter's Mark of the Beast, but I think that might be a problem for some christians and it is a bit too hunter specific.
looteronomy is great because it pokes fun at warcraft (having to loot bodies all the time, turning in quests for loot, etc), it's a pun on deuteronomy that only Christians are likely to get, and it's generic enough not to make it Christian exclusive so any of our members who are not Christian can join.

Personally, I found Hunter's Mark of the Beast to be hilarious (as did RTT), but I could understand why some people wouldn't like it very much (Seems Too End Times-ish- and some people hate that topic, plus there's also an Iron Maiden song with the same name, and some Christians don't like Heavy Metal)

Re: World of Warcraft Character portraits
well with Hunter's Mark of the Beast, it might make some people uncomfortable because they would not want to associate themselves with the "mark of the beast" even in jest.
I do want something clever and humorous, and so far Looteronomy seems to me the best. and it has a nice ring to it.
The Way is too generic, is not clever, and reminds me of that cult. (the Way International)

I guess it doesn't matter really. The important thing is that we'd be playing together and helping each other.
I just want to register that I think the name is silly.
