Glory Seed Devotionals, 2016: Year of the Blessing…
Words of Jesus for you…
Shalom!
“O LORD, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD.” (Psalm 139:1–4, NLT)
Because I know you more intimately then you know yourself you can always trust me to do what is right for you. I have been in the hidden recesses of your memory where locked away you still have many unresolved inner conflicts of fear, hopelessness, helplessness, discouragement, resentments, and sins. I beg you through mighty prayer to release them to me so I can bury them in the deep abyss of forgiveness where the power they have over you will be gone forever.
I long to empower you for great things and even now I am laying the groundwork for your future successes. Yet the success I desire for you is not success as the world understands success. The world understands success as accumulating "things" of value, reaching the pinnacle of society. The success I desire for you is in the accumulation of relationships yet in those relationships success is measured by the positive impact of your life on theirs. Remember it is when you lose your life that you will find it. Then my dear friend you’ll discover what true success really is.
Because I know what is truly on your mind allow me to temper your thoughts so the words that come off your tongue are words of blessing and not cursing. There are occasions awaiting you that will truly confuse you and you'll not know what to say so trust me and the eternal words of the Father will be told to you by the Holy Spirit.
You are my greatest blessing therefore stand tall and erect the world in which you occupy when opportunities of ministry present themselves to you remember you have my capacity to give.
Go and be a blessing you have been created to be!
