Yesterday MSNBC spent all of 9 seconds addressing Cuomo's forcing nursing homes into accepting patients contagious with the Chicom coronavirus (threatening to shut them down if they didn't) during a 9 minute interview with him. That decision to force them to take infected patients and expose those most vulnerable to the disease is a major reason that there were over 5000 covid-related deaths (nearly 20% of the total for the state) in such institutions.

Slowly but surely his handling of this is getting more attention. When recently asked about it he grumble that he merely "followed President Trump’s CDC guidance." So it was Trump's fault.
Moreover, the CDC guidelines don't instruct anyone to deliberately move potentially Chicom corona virus infected patients into nursing homes. Rather it said that if forced to take such measures you first need to be sure that the facilities were able to designate a section devoted to quarantining new patients for two weeks before allowing them in with the uninfected patients. Very few of these facilities were able to provide this but were still forced to take in patients anyway.
