Good thing she wasn't wearing glass slippers. They prolly would have broken and cut her.

I lost nails twice. And still have them, recovered. I do have a terrible scar on my right thumb, though. Something to show Kasha.

It was about that age that I managed to get my toe under my grampa's rocking chair. I lost the toenail.

Had a quick visit this weekend from Kasha and Bethany. Kasha comes into the house, runs to find me, then throws her arms up in the air and hollers "Surprise!" I knew she was coming, but she didn't, until they were almost here.

Then when she left today, they were headed to a friend's birthday party, who lives here in my town. Bethany called me from the parking lot of the party place, saying Kasha was having a meltdown and wanted to come back to Sammah's house. I talked to Kasha on the phone and told her she was going to have so much fun at the birthday party and then she was going home to see Daddy and Sophie (cat) and that Sammah was coming to her house in a few days to visit her.

She said "Ok, bye!", handed the phone back to Bethany, and Bethany said that seemed fine..........Sammah has the golden touch!
