OK guys, let me tell you about cold. Saturday night I kicked off some snow from my boots in my bed room and it is still there. And my pipes all froze up yesterday. And when I wake up in the morning I can see my breath! Wussies!

Apart from a Northwester blowing a bit, it's a nice sunny summers day. few patches of cloud with the promise of rain tomorrow.

We were -28C overnight last night, it went up to -5C this afternoon, now another cold front is moving in and it will be -28C overnight tonight with a wind chill factor of -40.

And then I wonder why I hurt constantly.......too much extreme change!

It could hit -10C and stay that way all winter and I would be happy(er).

That's nasty cold. No wonder you're sore. Get down to Florida ASAP. I know it makes me feel about a hundred times better. Even if it's not cold out. I'm thinking there is something with the latitude that causes pain for me. Further north=pain, further south=relief.

Well, appointment cancelled today since the elevator was out at the doctor's office, and there is no way I can go up four flights of stairs. Changed to next Thursday, and the Thursday after.
