no, you're wrong (my advice, choose leaders whose parents weren't related before they got married)

Moreover, my new retarded friend (your fearless leader) still ignores my debate challenges. Once again, if I'm going to debate anyone (and waste my time on this religious nonsense) I want to make it worth my while.
I will make Holding look like the blithering idiot he is.

Re: MAJOR derail from Screwball Thread
Diagnosing people on the internet sure is getting popular these days...!
Wonder when people will start understanding that psychologically diagnosing people on the internet is about the stupidest thing you can do?"If fighting is sure to result in victory then you must fight!" Sun Tsu said that, and I'd say he knows a little more about fighting than you do pal because he invented it! And then he perfected it so that no living man can best him on the ring of honor! Then he used his fight money to buy two of every animal on earth, and then he herded them onto a boat, and then he BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF EVERY SINGLE ONE! Ehehehehehehehehehe. And from that day forward anytime a bunch of animals are together in one place it's called a 'zoo!' Unless it's a farm!

How has he ignored your challenges? He's refuted your points and challenged YOU.
Moroever, you missed a capital 'N' in your first sentence, a full stop at the end of that sentence. I also don't think that that use of brackets there is stricly necessary; a hypen would be better.
Good day.

I think I would know better than you.
He has already said he'd debate you. He wants a specific topic, one that goes into details. He didn't spend all his time learning about Christianity so he could get into a general argument with someone.
Here's a clue. Challenge JP on whether the resurrection is a fact or myth. That'll do for a start and you can use whatever supernatural parallels if you wish.Visit Darth Ovious' all new anti-Scamming Blog.

Re: MAJOR derail from Screwball Thread
And from that perspective, the laws of physics, math, logic, etc are just "merely God's opinion".
If God's involved, what makes morality different from those?
You would be well served by reading this.
http://voxday.blogspot.com/2009/10/o...and-right.html
And as two commentators pointed out:
Yes, but the beauty of Christianity is that God did "get in the game" so to speak and play by His own rules as Jesus (thus, "fulfilling the law"). Or to use your example, if a sitting commissioner did join a team as a player, he could get penalized for pass interference.
If God believes in the rules, what could be more real?Precisely. God is constrained in very much the same way that the commissioner - or, if you prefer a more accurate analogy, an owner - would be constrained by the rules in the event he ever chose to enter the field as a player-commissioner. While the player-commissioner easily could get away with violating the rules by ordering the referees to permit him to play however he pleased, that would violate the integrity of the game and destroy its purpose.
So, what we can conclude from this is that God values the integrity of the earthly game.

http://voxday.blogspot.com/2009/11/d...disciples.html)"One develops a cool and ironic sense of bitter humor, as well as a bloated ego, and this personality characteristic is the defining trait of atheists ancient and modern. "Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded- here and there, now and then- are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty. This is known as “bad luck.”"
— Robert A. Heinlein
"America's political system used to be about the pursuit of happiness. Now More and more of us want to stop chasing it and have it delivered."
"The government cannot love you, and any politics that works on a different assumption is destined for no good."
"Government money only pays for the "liberties" the government thinks you should have, and therefore it can determine how you exercise them. That turns liberties into privileges dispensed at the whim of the state."

Re: MAJOR derail from Screwball Thread
"Years ago, I mean decades ago, I read a quote about politicians performing quid pro quo favors for campaign cash, and whether or not we could prove it. The guy who was quoted opined that it was difficult to determine. He noted that in many cases, the payoff might not take the form of votes on legislative action -- those might be detectable, and so are avoided -- but could take subtler forms, like the question that is never asked at a hearing.
The media's doing a terrific job of not asking questions it doesn't want to know the answer to. It doesn't ask these questions in bulk, and the great volume of questions it doesn't ask makes it cheap to not ask questions.
And it passes these savings on to you, the customer." Ace

Re: MAJOR derail from Screwball Thread
Actually, stupid, he didn't "ignore your debate challenges", he said he refuses to debate vague, broad subjects and requested something more specific. Here, I'll make it easy for you: "Did Jesus rise from the dead". That's a nice, specific subject you can debate and which falls well within his area of specialization as well as being the most important subject on the matter of Christianity's validity that you could discuss.
