Man's Study Bible
I've finished reading the Apologetics Study Bible and seeing as I'm about to tie the knot in a few months, I'd really like to find a good Man's Study Bible to help me prepare to be the man I need to be. Any suggestions?

I don't know how you feel about the TNIV, but you could try Strive:

Re: Man's Study Bible
A whole study bible is too general.
I'd recommend a commentary on the book of Job.

Some local churches went through this program together, but I had to quit it halfway through the curriculum because of a new job I got. The first half I thought was solid. You may want to check it out.

The Bible talks a lot more about manliness than in just those three passages.

A big time congrats on your marriage, Phoenix! Though I must admit, if your education has not prepared you with the kind of knowledge it would take to get how marriage, manliness, and the Bible all come together then I'm not sure how a new study bible would help.

I'm also curious why you're looking for a study Bible rather than a regular book.

Why do you need a study bible for this? Follow Paul's admonitions to husbands in Eph. 5, Col. 3, and Peter's in 1 Pet. 3 to the best of your ability, keeping in mind 1 Cor. 13. You'll do fine.
