The number of stars has nothing to do with the number of Member States. There are twelve stars because the number twelve is traditionally the symbol of perfection, completeness and unity. The flag therefore remains unchanged regardless of EU enlargements.

Just as the Old Testament Covenant of Moses's Law was promised a millennium of Rest in the land of Canaan, so to the Christian second Covenant was forecast to have one also. Jesus Christ told his apostles " Verily I say unto you, that ye which have followed me.....will sit upon 12 thrones in the re-generation." Matt.25;34 says "Inherit the Kingdom prepared from the foundation of the world." So after 6 days(6000 years) the forecast millennial kingdom is here, heaven on earth just as all our ancestors the Christians have been praying for. Matt.6;10 " Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven." So Praise the Lord that it's here!

It's not America thats in the millennium promised land, it's only Europe, Canada, Australia, N.Z.
Jesus taught us to have pity on people, even murderers. America kills people, The E.U. dosn't.
Even Canada is now in question since they took the cross off our flag.
In the re-generation America is Ephraim.(chapater 12 p. 187 www.secondbookofdaniel.com) And Ephraim is not "sealed in Rev. 7) So I'm not sure whats happening there, it may not look so rosy.
