  • Dear Liberals - You are almost there

    The 5 Stages of Grief:

Denial - Trying to claim that Trump did not win fairly. Crying.
    Anger - Protesting and violence
Bargaining - Trying to find a way to impeach Trump or hamstring his administration. Still in this stage for the time being.
    Depression - Still to come
    Acceptance - Still to come

Based on their election night reaction, I think some of them jumped straight to depression.

Than a fool in the eyes of God

I’m loving Trump. He’s wonderfully entertaining if a bit dangerous; adding considerably to the general instability coming from the anti-globalisation movement. This could go suddenly very pear-shaped.
A warning from Turgidson – “Mr. President, I'm not saying we wouldn't get our hair mussed. But I do say no more than ten to twenty million killed, tops. Uh, depending on the breaks.”

“And if there were a God, I think it very unlikely that He would have such an uneasy vanity as to be offended by those who doubt His existence” ― Bertrand Russell

The best thing of all is how easy it is for him to make the liberals poop their pants and flap their wings and gums!
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

And it is amazing to see how easily conservatives tolerate his antics.

Hey I am like you. I find Trump highly entertaining and that is why I voted for him. To stir the pot. And I am definitely getting my votes worth with all of the liberals foaming at the mouth and running around like chickens with no heads. Judging by their reaction you would think this is the Trumpocalypse (hey I invented a new word. Feel free to use it)

That's OK, I am a lying, cheating republican, so I can steal that phrase and claim it as my own.

It's rather refreshing - he's giving the press the respect they deserve. Meanwhile, the birds still sing, the sun rises in the East, stocks soar...... and liberals are getting their panties all in a bunch.

I don't get no gooder than that!

I preferred Trump to Hillary precisely because of the sort of reactions it's producing in the US population. Hopefully it will wake up millennials and get them into politics and voting for the rest of their lives.

It's also showing a very dark side to conservatives where they hate liberals more than they care about their country, so as they burn down their country and everyone in it they're happy because they can see liberals suffering. It's kinda like the old horrible Christian doctrine that part of the saints' joy in heaven comes from seeing the sinners suffering in hell, but modified so that everyone is in hell but some feel good about it because their hatred for others burns brighter than the flames so they're getting joy out of the suffering of others.
"I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
"Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell
"[Capitalism] as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy" - Albert Einstein
